Period problems and putting the expectation that you should be performing the same way with the same energy every day is an unrealistic expectation put on you by society. 

It’s time to take matters into your own hands, create the life you desire with the energy you deserve, learn the steps to make it happen, and then put them into action.

FAQ

  • If you start to take action straight away you should start to feel wins within a few weeks, especially with energy, mood and clarity of thought. BUT long term results take consistency, patience and time.

    This programme is set out to take at least 90 - 100 days (the optimum time for your hormones to reset and to support the healthiest egg into ovulation).

    This programme is not a quick fix (because there isn’t one when it comes to healing ONCE AND FOR ALL). Trust me, I’ve tried most of the promised quick fixes!

  • We have monthly calls and a community area where you can connect to other women on a similar hormone-healing path. I will also be available in there to answer questions.

  • There are strategies in this programme that can support you if you’re considering coming off hormonal birth control.

    If you have no intention of coming off HBC in the next 6 months, this programme probably isn’t right for you at this time.

  • The strategies in membership aim to support the healthiest egg into ovulation (whether you’re trying to get pregnant or not) so if you’re wanting to conceive within the next 6 months this programme is a great fit for you.

    The changes you put into place now will affect the egg that is ovulated in 3 months time, so I would advise to be patient and put into place the strategies (wait at least 3 months) and then try to conceive.

  • I encourage a wholefoods diet which includes animal products. I have worked with vegan and vegetarian clients so the programme does accommodate this. However, if you would prefer a programme that focuses on a diet free from any animal products, this may not be the best fit for you.

  • I have worked with a number of clients with a history of disordered eating that have had great results through the programme. The nutrition element of the programme focuses on helping you find the nutrition plan that works for you.

    There is a 30 day reset as part of the programme to help you identify any food sensitivities but this can be modified if you find this to be too restrictive. I recommend working with a therapist or healthcare provider (if you aren’t already) alongside this programme to ensure that you are feeling confident about the work you're doing. Ultimately you know your triggers best and it is up to you to determine if this type of programme is right for you.

  • If you’re period has suddenly stopped and you’re not of menopausal age then this programme is for you. This programme has helped those with PCOS and amenorrhea to get their period and healthy ovulation back.
